The Arctic Press reported Wednesday that the $2.3 million planned theme park and travel hotspot has frozen over.
Quite literally, the planned water park lacked some conventional wisdom to say the least. Being planned in Miami, surrounded by luxurious waterscapes, wasn't translating well in the arctic north.
